Hi, I’m Chris—your San Antonio real estate partner at eXp Realty. I’ve spent the last 25+ years involved in real estate as a buyer, investor, and landowner, and now I’m excited to help others navigate their own real estate journey.
I own five investment properties and several tracts of land across the country, so I understand what it’s like to be on the buyer’s side—running numbers, evaluating neighborhoods, and making decisions that impact your future. I bring that same care and attention to every client I work with.
Before real estate, I spent years in the corporate world as a Director at Microsoft, leading teams, managing large projects, and building strong relationships. I’m also a Certified Project Manager, which means I keep your transaction organized, on track, and stress‑free.
On top of that, I’m a Certified Professional Real Estate Inspector in Texas with two decades of construction experience. I know how homes are built, how they should perform, and what issues to look out for—giving my clients an extra layer of protection and confidence.
